Integrate customer processing plants based on product and industry characteristics by using the Internet of Things technology to control all automation equipment in the workshop. III. Existing main business of the company:

Laser production line: The laser production line is a new type of product line that integrates upstream and downstream of the laser. It is different from the original single-site operation of the laser, and has become a processing mode that integrates coil material to uncoiling, leveling, cutting, feeding, and molding. It reduces secondary handling, saves labor, and improves efficiency by more than 10 times. The laser production line has a marking function, providing the possibility for subsequent mechanical hands to have optical sensors, and can truly achieve an unmanned factory. The laser production line is used for cutting galvanized sheet, stainless steel, carbon steel plate, and color-coated plate, and is applied to the processing of automobiles, kitchens, ventilation, doors, and sheet metal. Cold bending forming production line: Thin plate cold bending forming is gradually replacing heavy materials such as angle steel, I-beams, and steel plates. It has been widely used in many fields such as shelves, workshop brackets, automobile doors and windows, train carriages, freight containers, and light steel villas. It has the advantages of light weight and high strength. The cold bending production line completes the process from coil material to punching, cutting, and forming according to customer needs
