CHARACTERISTICS      

1. TDF flange forming machine is a main equipment for TDF flange forming, especially for large-scal,standardized and automatic production;

2. Both flanges and "L"shaped clamp can be formed on two sides of the machine simultaneously;

3. With rolling shear, sheet automatic feed for forming the Lshaped clamp;

4. All rollers adopt Gcr15material which enhances wear-resistance of the machine;

5. 14 Groups of rollers forming with stable and good appearance;

6. Adopt pressure bearings to avoid the side plate wear;

7. High-speed, the forming speed is 14m/min.
